Energy Storage Technologies: legal regulation.

The past April 23 took place at the headquarters of Secartys in Barcelona  a meeting about energy storage technologies

At that meeting, EVOLUTIZA lawyers & Tax Advisors, as an expert in renewable energy office had the honor of exposing and developing the regulation on energy storage technologies.

In the development of the lecture was given treatment  to the biggest problems that the sector of Self-consumption has today, that is no other that the possible adoption of the Executive- Law draft to regulate the self-consumption and consequences and changes it has for the concerned sector. Among the most significant changes referred to the creation of an Administrative Record Self-consumption became the obligation to enter into a contract with the distributors and the inevitable payment of access fees and back.
