In the last times, the West has become very important in the commercial area, making it very interesting for investors and entrepreneurs who want to expand their business destination.

 

The business development can be carried out either through hiring an agent or through the creation of a company in the country. Well, in order to inform those who are interested in the country, briefly explain the basic steps, requirements to comply and exigencies of the destination.

 

The first requirement is the necessity of a residence permit, except concerned of a  Limited Company. Remedied this, the steps to follow are quite similar to those required in Europe and especially in Spain, the first thing to determine is the name of the company and availability, set the registered office, specifying the code of the main economic activity and finally establish the capital.

 

Secondly, we must prepare documentation constitution, models that Justice’s authority provides and then must present these at the agency. These should be in Russian.

 

The last step is to obtain the certificate of state registration of legal persons of the territorial authority of Justice, the certificate number and business identification certificate of the taxpayer.

 

On receiving this documentation the entrepreneur condition is acquired and is entitled to exercise the economic activity declared on the territory of Kazakhstan.

 

It is expected that the Expo 2017 opened many doors for Spanish companies mainly in the energy sector, infrastructure, construction and tourism. The construction of the LRT (light rail) in Astana and Almaty, is an interesting target for Spanish companies, who are very experienced in this type of work.

 

Also highlights sectors are as minerals (uranium conversion), petrochemical, transportation and logistics, ICT, agricultural processing and organic products.

 

Relations between Spain and Kazakhstan are excellent in the political scope. The fluidity of these diplomatic relations will gradually yielding its fruit also in economic and trade relations, including the increase of tourist visits made by either side. Kazakhstan’s geographical position, well connected to other countries of Central Asia and its legal framework, provides a number of incentives for Spanish companies wishing to go there to invest.
